Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove your personal data from LaunchStore, including data obtained through Facebook, WhatsApp, and Meta integrations.

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from LaunchStore, including data collected through Facebook and Meta integrations (Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Business, and Facebook Social Commerce).

Option 1 — Self-Service Instant

The fastest way to remove your Facebook/Meta data is to disconnect the integration directly from within LaunchStore:

Facebook Ads

  1. 1Log in to your LaunchStore dashboard
  2. 2Go to Marketing → Facebook Ads → Settings
  3. 3Click Disconnect Facebook Account

Immediately revokes and deletes stored access tokens, your Facebook User ID, and associated ad account credentials.

WhatsApp Business

  1. 1Log in to your LaunchStore dashboard
  2. 2Go to Marketing → WhatsApp → Settings
  3. 3Click Disconnect WhatsApp Account

Immediately revokes and deletes stored access tokens and WhatsApp Business Account credentials.

Facebook Social Commerce

  1. 1Log in to your LaunchStore dashboard
  2. 2Go to Social Commerce
  3. 3Select your store and click Disconnect next to the Facebook entry

Removes the OAuth connection and deletes stored access and refresh tokens for the integration.

Option 2 — Email Request

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion manually, send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

We will confirm deletion of your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request.

What Gets Deleted

Permanently Deleted

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
  • Your Facebook User ID and display name
  • Ad account credentials and access keys
  • WhatsApp Business Account tokens
  • Phone number credentials

May Be Retained

  • Aggregated ad spend totals and campaign performance summaries
  • Anonymised analytics (does not identify you)
  • Data required to be kept by law

Deleting Your Entire LaunchStore Account

To delete your entire LaunchStore account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected]. We will delete your account and all personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
