Third-Party Integrations (Facebook / Meta)
LaunchStore offers optional integrations with Facebook and Meta services, including Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Business, and Facebook Social Commerce. When you connect these integrations, we access and store data from Meta’s APIs on your behalf:
This data is used solely to provide integration features within LaunchStore. We do not sell or share this data with third parties beyond what is required to operate the integration. OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest.
You can disconnect any Facebook/Meta integration at any time from the LaunchStore dashboard. Disconnecting immediately revokes and deletes stored access tokens and personal credentials. For instructions, see our Data Deletion Instructions page.
LaunchStore also uses the Facebook Pixel on stores built on our platform to track e-commerce events (page views, add-to-cart, purchases) for advertising attribution. Email addresses and phone numbers collected through this mechanism are one-way hashed (SHA-256) before storage and transmission to Meta.
