1Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• Sell prohibited items including but not limited to: illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen property

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

3Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including products, images, descriptions, and page designs. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

5Refund Policy

If you cancel within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

6Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

7Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by LaunchStoreand protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, social media platforms, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaunchStore from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

13Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LaunchStore operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
