Billing Overview

Manage your subscription, payment methods, and billing details.

Overview

Your LaunchStore subscription is managed at the workspace level. All stores within a workspace share the same plan.

Accessing Billing

Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan and manage payments.

Your Current Plan

The billing page shows:

  • Plan name — Starter, Growth, or Pro
  • Billing interval — Monthly or yearly
  • Next billing date — When your next payment is due
  • Price — Your current monthly or yearly rate

Changing Plans

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a higher plan
  4. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower plan
  4. Confirm the downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to all features until then.

Note

When downgrading, make sure you're within the limits of the new plan (store count, team members, etc.). Features exceeding the new plan's limits will become read-only.

Switching Billing Interval

Switch between monthly and yearly billing:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Toggle between Monthly and Yearly
  4. Confirm the change

Yearly billing saves approximately 30% compared to monthly payments.

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your card details
  4. Click Save

Updating Payment Method

  1. Click the existing payment method
  2. Click Replace
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click Save
Warning

Update your payment method before your card expires to avoid service interruptions.
