Collections & Categories

Organize your products into browsable collections and categories.

Overview

Collections group related products together, making it easier for customers to browse your store. Use them for categories, seasonal campaigns, or curated selections.

Creating a Collection

  1. Navigate to Products → Collections
  2. Click Create Collection
  3. Enter a title and description
  4. Add a collection image

Adding Products to Collections

Manual Collections

Hand-pick which products belong in a collection:

  1. Open a collection
  2. Click Add Products
  3. Search and select products
  4. Drag to reorder

Automatic Collections

Set rules and products are added automatically:

  • Product type is "T-Shirt"
  • Price is less than $50
  • Tag contains "summer"
  • Vendor is "Nike"

Combine multiple rules with AND/OR logic.

Note

Automatic collections update in real-time. When you add a product matching the rules, it appears in the collection automatically.

Collection Hierarchy

Create parent-child relationships for navigation:

  • Clothing (parent)
    • T-Shirts (child)
    • Jeans (child)
    • Jackets (child)

Collection Display

Each collection gets its own page on your storefront. Customize layout options:

  • Grid columns (2, 3, or 4)
  • Sort order (manual, price, newest, best-selling)
  • Products per page
