Activity Logs

Monitor all actions taken in your workspace for security and accountability.

Overview

Activity logs record every significant action performed in your workspace — who did what, when, and from where.

Accessing Logs

  1. Go to Settings → Security → Activity Log
  2. View the chronological list of all actions

What's Logged

Account Activity

  • Sign-in attempts (successful and failed)
  • Password changes
  • 2FA enable/disable
  • Profile updates

Store Management

  • Product created, updated, or deleted
  • Order status changes and fulfillment
  • Customer data modifications
  • Collection changes

Content Changes

  • Pages created, published, or deleted
  • Menu updates
  • Theme changes
  • Media uploads and deletions

Marketing

  • Email campaigns sent
  • Automation flows activated or paused
  • Facebook ad campaigns created or modified

Team & Settings

  • Team member invited, role changed, or removed
  • Store settings modified
  • Domain changes
  • Payment gateway updates

Log Details

Each log entry includes:

  • Action — What happened (e.g., "Product updated")
  • User — Who performed the action
  • Timestamp — When it occurred
  • Details — Specifics (e.g., which product, what changed)
  • IP Address — Where the action originated

Filtering Logs

Filter logs by:

  • Date range — Custom start and end dates
  • User — Actions by a specific team member
  • Action type — Products, orders, settings, etc.
  • Search — Free text search across log entries
Tip

Review activity logs regularly, especially after team member changes. Look for unusual activity outside normal business hours.

Security Alerts

Set up automatic alerts for critical actions:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Enable Security Alerts
  3. Choose which events trigger alerts:
    • Failed login attempts
    • New device sign-ins
    • Team member changes
    • Payment gateway modifications
Note

Security alerts are sent to the workspace owner's email. Admins can also opt in to receive alerts.
