Tip

Use the Editor role for team members who manage day-to-day operations. Reserve Admin for people who need to manage settings and team members.

Activity Log

All actions are logged with the team member's name, action performed, and timestamp. View the activity log under Settings → Security → Activity Log.

Best Practices

  • Follow the principle of least privilege — give members only the access they need
  • Review team permissions quarterly
  • Remove members promptly when they leave your organization
  • Use the activity log to audit changes
