Forms

Collect information from your customers with custom forms — no technical skills required.

What are Forms?

Forms let you gather information directly from the visitors on your storefront. You build the form visually, add it to any page, and all responses are saved to your dashboard automatically.

Common uses:

  • Contact forms — let customers reach you with questions
  • Lead capture — collect emails or interest from potential customers
  • Surveys — ask for feedback after a purchase
  • Waitlists — collect sign-ups before a product launches
  • Custom order requests — gather extra details for personalised products

Creating a Form

  1. Open your store from the dashboard
  2. Click Forms in the left sidebar
  3. Click New Form
  4. Enter a name for the form (this is for your reference only, customers won't see it)
  5. Optionally add a description to remind yourself what the form is for
  6. Click Create — you'll be taken to the form editor

Building Your Form

The form editor is a drag-and-drop builder. On the left you'll find the building blocks:

BlockWhat it does
Form FieldA text input — for names, email addresses, short answers
Select FieldA dropdown where customers pick one option from a list
Choice FieldCheckboxes or radio buttons for multiple-choice questions
HeadingA title or section header within the form
DividerA horizontal line to visually separate sections
Submit ButtonThe button customers click to send the form

To build your form:

  1. Drag blocks from the left panel onto the canvas
  2. Click any block to edit its label, placeholder text, and whether it's required
  3. Arrange blocks by dragging them into the order you want
  4. Edit the submit button text (e.g. "Send Message" or "Join Waitlist")
  5. Click Save when you're done
Tip

Always include at least one required email field. This ensures you can follow up with people who submit the form.

Adding a Form to Your Store

Once a form is saved, you add it to a page using the Page Builder:

  1. Go to Page Builder and open the page where you want to add the form
  2. In the components panel, find Form Container
  3. Drag it onto the page
  4. In the settings panel, select the form you created from the dropdown
  5. Save and publish the page

Your form is now live and collecting submissions.

Archiving and Deleting Forms

From the Forms list:

  • Archive a form to stop collecting submissions without losing existing data — the form becomes inactive on any pages it's embedded in
  • Delete a form permanently — this also removes all its submissions
Tip

Archive forms rather than delete them if you think you might want to review the submissions later.
