Viewing Form Submissions

Everything customers submit through your forms is saved in your dashboard for you to review, export, and act on.

Viewing Submissions

  1. Go to Forms in your store sidebar
  2. Click on any form to open it
  3. Switch to the Submissions tab

You'll see a table with all submissions for that form, listed newest first.

Each row shows:

  • The date and time of submission
  • The visitor's answers to each field
  • Whether any email notification was sent

Click any row to expand it and see the full submission details.

Filtering Submissions

Use the filters at the top of the submissions list to narrow down what you're looking at:

  • Date range — view submissions from a specific time period
  • Status — see only new (unread) or reviewed submissions

Marking Submissions as Reviewed

To stay organised, mark submissions as reviewed once you've dealt with them:

  1. Open a submission
  2. Click Mark as Reviewed

Reviewed submissions still appear in the list but are visually distinct from new ones. This helps you track which enquiries you've responded to.

Exporting Submissions

To download all submissions as a spreadsheet:

  1. Open the form and go to the Submissions tab
  2. Click Export CSV
  3. A file will download with all submission data in columns

This is useful for importing into a CRM, doing bulk email follow-ups, or building a mailing list from a waitlist form.

Email Notifications

When a customer submits a form, you can receive an automatic email notification. This is configured on the form itself:

  1. Go to Forms and click the settings icon on your form
  2. Enable Email notifications
  3. Enter the email address where notifications should be sent (defaults to your account email)
  4. Save

You'll receive an email every time someone submits the form, including all the filled-in answers.

Tip

For high-volume forms like contact forms, consider checking submissions in the dashboard rather than enabling individual email notifications — otherwise your inbox can fill up quickly.
