Manage all your images, files, and media assets in one central place.

Overview

The Media Library stores all images and files uploaded to your store — product photos, page builder assets, email campaign images, and more.

Uploading Files

Drag and Drop

Drag files directly from your computer into the media library panel. Multiple files are supported.

Upload Button

Click Upload to browse and select files from your computer.

Supported Formats

  • Images — JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG
  • Documents — PDF
  • Maximum size — 10 MB per file (50 MB on Pro plans)

Organizing Media

Folders

Create folders to organize your media logically:

  • Product photos
  • Marketing assets
  • Blog images
  • Email campaign graphics

Search and Filter

Use the search bar to find files by name. Filter by file type, date uploaded, or folder.

Using Media

In Products

When editing a product, click the image upload area and select from the media library or upload new files.

In Page Builder

Components with image fields show a media picker. Browse the library or upload inline.

In Emails

The email designer includes a media picker for inserting images into your campaigns.

Tip

Images are automatically optimized for web delivery. We generate responsive versions for different screen sizes.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple files to:

  • Move to a folder
  • Delete permanently
  • Download as a ZIP archive
