Product Reviews

Collect authentic customer reviews automatically and display them on your product pages to build trust and increase conversions.

Overview

LaunchStore includes a fully automated product review system. After every order is fulfilled, customers receive a review request email 7 days later. They click a secure link and can leave star ratings and written reviews without creating an account. You approve reviews in your dashboard before they appear on your storefront.

How It Works

1. Customer places an order and it is marked as fulfilled
2. After 7 days, a review request email is sent automatically
3. Customer clicks the secure link in the email
4. They rate and review each product they ordered — no login required
5. Reviews arrive in your dashboard with Pending status
6. You approve, reject, or reply to each review
7. Approved reviews appear on your product page immediately

Review Request Email

The email is sent from your configured store email address (or platform default if none is set). It contains:

• A personalised greeting using the customer's name
• A secure one-time link that expires after 30 days
• The link cannot be reused once the review is submitted
