Overview

Setting Up a Welcome Series

  1. Navigate to Marketing → Automation
  2. Click Create Flow
  3. Select the Welcome Series template (or start from scratch)

Email 1: Welcome (Immediate)

  • Thank them for signing up
  • Introduce your brand story
  • Include a welcome discount (e.g., 10% off first order)

Email 2: Best Sellers (Day 2)

  • Showcase your top products
  • Include customer reviews or ratings
  • Clear CTA to shop

Email 3: Brand Values (Day 5)

  • Share what makes your brand unique
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Social media links

Email 4: Last Chance (Day 7)

  • Remind about welcome discount expiration
  • Urgency messaging
