Email Campaigns

Create, schedule, and send email campaigns to your subscribers.

Creating a Campaign

  1. Navigate to Marketing → Email
  2. Click Create Campaign
  3. Fill in campaign details

Campaign Details

  • Name — Internal name (not seen by subscribers)
  • Subject line — The subject your subscribers see
  • Preview text — Text shown in the inbox preview
  • From name — Sender display name
  • Reply-to — Email address for replies

Choose Audience

Select who receives the campaign:

  • All subscribers — Send to your entire list
  • Segment — Target a specific audience based on behavior, purchase history, or attributes
  • Tag — Send to subscribers with a specific tag

Design Your Email

Use the visual email designer to create your email content.

Scheduling

Choose when to send:

  • Send now — Delivers immediately
  • Schedule — Pick a date and time
  • Smart send — Send at each subscriber's optimal engagement time

A/B Testing

Test variations to optimize performance:

  1. Enable A/B Test when creating a campaign
  2. Create two versions (A and B)
  3. Set the test percentage (e.g., 20% of subscribers)
  4. Choose the winning metric (open rate or click rate)
  5. The winning version is sent to the remaining subscribers
Note

A/B testing requires at least 1,000 subscribers for statistically meaningful results.

Campaign Analytics

After sending, track performance:

  • Sent — Total emails delivered
  • Opens — Unique and total opens
  • Clicks — Link clicks with URL breakdown
  • Unsubscribes — People who opted out
  • Revenue — Sales attributed to the campaign
