Overview

Facebook Shop lets you create a browsable product catalog on your Facebook business page. Customers can discover, browse, and purchase your products without leaving Facebook.

Setup

  1. Navigate to Marketing → Social Commerce → Facebook
  2. Connect your Facebook Business Page
  3. Your product catalog syncs automatically
  4. Facebook reviews your shop (usually within 48 hours)

Configuration

Collections

Organize products into collections within your Facebook Shop:

  • Featured collection (shown first)
  • Category-based collections
  • Sale/promotion collections

Checkout Method

Choose how customers complete purchases:

  • Checkout on your website — Redirect to your LaunchStore store
  • Checkout on Facebook — Complete purchase within Facebook (availability varies by region)

  • Cover image
  • Featured products
  • Shop description

Managing Orders

Orders from Facebook appear in your LaunchStore dashboard alongside all other orders. They're marked with a "Facebook" source tag for easy filtering.

Tip

Regularly update your featured collection to highlight seasonal products or current promotions.
