Track the performance of your email campaigns and automations.

Overview

Monitor how your emails perform — who opens, clicks, and purchases from your campaigns.

Accessing Email Analytics

Navigate to Analytics → Email or view stats within individual campaigns under Marketing → Email.

Campaign Metrics

For each campaign, track:

  • Sent — Emails successfully delivered
  • Opened — Unique opens and open rate
  • Clicked — Unique clicks and click rate
  • Bounced — Emails that couldn't be delivered
  • Unsubscribed — People who opted out
  • Spam reports — Emails marked as spam

Revenue Attribution

Track revenue generated by email:

  • Campaign revenue — Total sales from a specific campaign
  • Revenue per email — Average revenue per email sent
  • Revenue per click — Average revenue per link click
  • Conversion rate — Percentage of recipients who purchased

Automation Performance

For each automation flow:

  • Active subscribers — People currently in the flow
  • Completed — People who finished all steps
  • Revenue — Total revenue from the automation
  • Per-email stats — Open/click rates for each email in the sequence

Audience Health

Monitor your subscriber list health:

  • List growth — New subscribers over time
  • Unsubscribe rate — Monthly opt-out rate
  • Engagement rate — Active vs. inactive subscribers
  • Deliverability — Percentage of emails reaching inboxes
Tip

Clean your list regularly. Remove subscribers who haven't engaged in 6+ months to maintain high deliverability.

Best-Performing Content

See which subject lines, content types, and send times perform best:

  • Top subject lines — Highest open rates
  • Top links — Most clicked URLs
  • Best send time — Day and time with highest engagement
