Generate email subject lines, email body copy, and WhatsApp message templates instantly with AI.

Overview

LaunchStore includes a built-in AI content generator powered by your configured AI provider. You can generate marketing copy directly inside the campaign builder — no external tool, no copy-pasting.

The generator works for:

  • Email subject lines — 5 variants per generation
  • Email body copy — full HTML email draft
  • WhatsApp message templates — complete broadcast message body

Generating Email Subject Lines

  1. Open or create an email campaign (Marketing → Email → New Campaign)
  2. In the Subject field, click Generate with AI
  3. The generator produces 5 subject line variants based on your campaign goal and any context you provide
  4. Click any variant to insert it into the subject field
  5. Edit as needed before sending
Tip

Add a brief goal in the campaign description before generating — for example "Summer sale, 20% off all orders" — to get more relevant suggestions.

Generating Email Body Copy

  1. In the campaign builder, click Generate body with AI
  2. Describe the campaign purpose and any key points to include
  3. The AI generates a full HTML email body draft with a headline, body paragraphs, and a call-to-action button
  4. The draft appears in the email designer — adjust layout, colours, and copy using the drag-and-drop editor

Generating WhatsApp Templates

  1. Open Marketing → WhatsApp → Templates
  2. Click New Template
  3. Click Generate with AI in the message body field
  4. Select a tone: Promotional, Re-engagement, or Transactional
  5. The AI generates a complete message body with placeholder variables ({{name}}, {{product}}, etc.)
  6. Review the content, then submit to Meta for approval
Note

WhatsApp message templates must be approved by Meta before you can send them. AI-generated templates follow the required format but may still require minor edits to pass Meta's review.

Tips for Better Results

  • Be specific — "Win-back campaign for customers inactive 90 days, offering free shipping" produces better output than "sales email"
  • Choose the right tone — Promotional copy uses urgency and offers; re-engagement copy is softer and curiosity-driven
  • Always review — AI drafts are starting points. Check all prices, dates, and product names before sending
